Magnets made of different magnetic materials require different magnetization energy. Compared with ferrite magnets and sintered NdFeB magnets, bonded NdFeB magnets require higher magnetization energy to achieve saturation magnetization. What are the effects of unsaturated bonded neodymium magnets?

The possibility of magnet demagnetization increases, the no-load speed increases, the current increases, the stall torque decreases, the maximum output power decreases, and the efficiency decreases.


How can it be considered saturation magnetization?

A magnet is considered saturated when increasing magnetization energy fails to produce a significant change in magnet performance (usually less than 2%).
