What is n52 magnet and what is the verification standard?

N52 magnets are the highest grade of neodymium magnets currently available in China. They have stronger magnetic force with other grades of neodymium iron boron at the same size and can be processed into various common and irregular shapes, which is what we call special-shaped neodymium. Magnets are also relatively expensive.


What is the approval standard for n52 grade magnets?

Magnet grade or magnet grade is determined by four physical characteristics: remanence Br, coercive force Hcb, intrinsic coercive force Hcj, and maximum magnetic energy product (BH) max.

Let's take the N52M grade as an example.

N: stands for the abbreviation of NdFeB, a neodymium iron boron material.

52: represents the maximum magnetic energy product 52MGOe.

M: Represents high coercivity and can withstand temperature up to 100°C

We can see that the remanence data of N52/N52M is the same as the maximum magnetic energy product data. The remanence and maximum magnetic energy product of N52 are higher than those of N35-N50, indicating that its magnetism is stronger than that of N35-N50.
