Conventional precision grade (2-5mm)
This is the level that most magnet manufacturers can achieve. Through standard sintering processes, they can stably produce basic shapes such as circles, rings, and blocks with an outer diameter of 2mm or more, with an accuracy controlled within ± 0.05mm, meeting the needs of conventional microelectronics and sensors.

High precision grade (1-2mm)
The difficulty has further increased, and the requirements for the process are also higher. Although most of the magnetic problems have been replaced by strong magnetic neodymium iron boron materials, there are still some customers who need ferrite materials. Typical products are 2x0.8mm and 1x1x2.45mm.
The above is about the minimum size that precision ferrite magnets can be processed. Because ferrite has weak magnetic force, if the size is too small, it may not achieve the desired effect. It is generally recommended to be above 2mm.
