In many plastic products, small magnets are used, such as sensors, electronic products, toys, door locks, level gauges, motors, and various magnetic components. After the magnets are installed in plastic parts, how to fix them firmly and not easily loosen is a concern for procurement and engineering personnel. There are currently two common methods: glue fixation and injection molding with magnets.
Glue fixation is a common method. Plastic parts are first processed with magnet holes, and then the magnets are placed in and fixed using adhesives such as epoxy glue and instant dry glue. However, this method has certain requirements for the type of adhesive, the amount of adhesive used, the bonding area, and the treatment of the plastic and magnet surfaces.

Injection moulding with embedded magnets involves bonding the magnet directly to the plastic component during the moulding process. The advantage of this method is that the resulting product has good structural integrity, the magnet is unlikely to come loose, and the appearance is neat and tidy; it is therefore suitable for batch production where high standards of durability and dimensional consistency are required.
