What is the difference between the inner rotor and the outer rotor magnet?

Usually, the magnets of the outer rotor motor are generally magnetization internally, and the magnets of the inner rotor motor are magnetization externally. For example, the motor in the remote control car played by children is inward rotation (the motor shaft is rotating) and the outer rotation can be said that the entire surface is rotating (except for the rotor bracket).
