The ferrite has high coercivity HCB, low recovery permeability Mr, low density (4.5~5.2g/cm3), oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. The working part of the demagnetization curve is linear, with good dynamic characteristics, without magnetic stability treatment, high material utilization rate and low price. The disadvantage is that the remanence BR is low, the magnetic induction temperature coefficient is large, the sintered ferrite is hard and fragile, the machining is difficult, and the resistivity is very large (1012~1014mw.cm). Wire cutting or EDM cannot be used, but toothless saw or diamond grinder should be used for grinding.
